They shorted us a fry, and it just happens to be the time that they were hot, fresh and had just enough salt.

The food is inexpensive and of inconsistent quality. The employees don't communicate well with each other or the customers. Placing orders on the counter and not communicating to whom it belongs makes it very difficult to determine if it's the correct order.
