I don't know if they were short staffed, but service was pretty slow. The manager had to come up to help at the registers. Once that happened, things moved along more quickly. She was super nice too. Not a terrible experience over all. Food was good and hot.

Slow slow slow wait 45 mins after ordering on the app 20 mins ahead of showing up. Definitely don’t recommend after a 30 wait in the drive thru we go inside and they tell us they forgot to drop the chicken. 24hrs before they can refund. Last visit for this family of 4.

The chicken was made perfectly and I had a large mash potatoe which was good to. The people were nice and gave me my food fast.

My friend placed a mobile order we went through the drive through and they said they didn’t have it and for us to come inside once inside Kathy the older lady with white hair was very rude was literally screaming at customers through her head set, the lovely lady Leannda up front was so amazing and sweet to us and apologized so much for the other lady.

I always go here and the only way I will eat it is that they cook it fresh and I tell them I don't care about waiting and I get attitude and I'm like u pick this job don't get mad when ur asked to do that job
Burnt food, missing some of my order. Worst service ever. Will NEVER go back!!! And this is the 3rd time this has happened. Just HORRIBLE!!! They need to fire management or just shut the doors.
