Food was cold and did have any of the food that was supposed to be in lunch menu,wouldn’t go back.The waitress was a wonderful lady but not the food.
My husband and I went on a Friday night for the seafood buffet. It was very good. While he was eating boiled crawfish, a server was picking up our used plates and heard me ask him to go get something for me on the buffet, since it's hard for me to get around. She went get it for me so he wouldn't have to stop pealing crawfish. She wasn't even our server. We are ready to go back soon.
I’ve always loved this place, after being out of town for the last couple years I wanted to try their buffet for the first time, just like everything else it was great, I was greeted by Ms La Donna soon as I walked through the door with that forever smile she always has, then later got to see Ms Brandy with the big hugs she always has. I’m sorry I can’t remember my servers name but she was awesome. I felt like I was home. Truly love this place, not many locally owned places like this left. Y’all keep up the amazing job y’all are doing as I know y’all will. Will be back soon 😁😁😁
The crawfish taste like mud. My stuffed crabs were all stuffing and very little crab. The best thing was the seafood gumbo and the salad. We will not be back!

I have eaten there many times and gotten food to go. Last week I ordered a plate lunch. It was not a good situation at all. I paid my good hard working money and did not receive back a proper outcome. I called and spoke to the manager (C) giving her the specifics of my experience with my food. The manager listened then she said do you want the owner to call you back. I said sure. I left my number. I believe the owner should be aware of what the kitchen staff or whoever did this. This could be happening to your other customers. I NEVER received a call back from anyone. I called a couple more times and was told they were taking my messages to give to her. The last call I made the lady said she was a manager as well and was also related to the owner. She was very nice and took down my message and said I will give her the message but I cant say that (L) will call you back. She was right. I never got a call back from anyone. Not a good way to do business in our community to your local customers. Shows a lack of care. I would have much prefered giving yall a compliment in sharing that someone apologized and made it right. That is excellent customer service and it says maime we value you as our customer and we appreciate your business. Let us make it right. It's the principle of this matter that matters most to your local customers.
Ronnie's was recommended to me by a local, I got there before the supper rush so I was the place was about empty. My waitress was super friendly and my tea never went dry. I'm not a expert on cajun food but the shrimp dish was delicious and filling. Ronnie's is just what I want in a restaurant, small personable and good food.

Horrible customer service!!! Place an order and was nothing like pictured on website. Try to call and speak with the manager but was too busy to come to the phone!!!! I want my money back!!!!
Always good here. Whenever we’re in town we try to sit down and relax to the great food they offer. They are very relaxed and offer any option or variation we want. Been going here for years and it’s a good spot

Been a few times years ago and it was good. But i went recently with my 2 year old for breakfast and was not impressed at all! We went round 9:30. None of the waitresses looked like they wanted to be there, no welcome when we walked in, no smiles, nothing. Ordered our breakfast, my 2 year olds biscuit was like rubber. U can clearly tell they microwaved it. Got another one brought to us, that one was ok but got rubberized immediately cause again all they did was microwave it!!! Not fresh out the oven at all. Ordered us the beignet bites too, and forst bite I immediately spit it out!!! It was completely raw and doughy! They brought us more and those were overcooked. Plus they weren't even beignets. All they did was cut up biscuit dough and fry it. U can clearly tell. With all that no compensation was offered at all! Didn't eat any of the bites or the rubber biscuit but still had to pay for it. Won't be returning. Food and service 3/10.

We waited 15 minutes to be waited on while people that came in after us were seen about. The only reason we were waited on after 15 minutes is because I got up and demanded someone come to our table. They would pass by our table and not acknowledge that we had been sitting there. As a waitress myself if I'm busy doing something else I let customers know I will be with them shortly. I don't ignore the fact that they are there. Like they did to us. Food was great, staff not so much.
