This place and the barges makes the best bbq plates! Allison's have been around for a long time and there's a reason why. Great food and service! If you blink you'll miss it. At first glance it looks like a run down place but it's set up really well for grilling those bbq meats
The food is great, but the older lady at the counter is just not very polite. She wants your money but treats you like crap. This is my only complaint; otherwise, the food there is really good.

Yummy! Recently, someone offered to pick up a plate of bbq from Allison's for me, of course I agreed. I'm so glad I didn't the beans were good, the potato salad was perfect, the rice dressing was delicious and the chicken was juicy! 10/10 recommend!
