We were passing through last night and our kids wanted ice cream so we stopped and got ice cream and snacks. We ran into a bit of a hiccup, they were out of something we ordered and we did wait a little long for everything. Because we waited so long, the manager came out to our car and refunded our entire order. Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days. We weren't angry or impatient, we didn't even remark on the time it was taking to anyone. Sometimes...
