What’s happened to the boudin? It’s been a couple of years since I’ve been in and purchased anything. I’ve always enjoyed the boudin and would recommend it it others. I don’t think I can anymore. We stopped in this morning, and purchased some. The consistency was that of a paste, absolutely no texture in the boudin at all. So disappointed.
