I ordered chicken nuggets for my kids and my nuggets were still raw and my fries were cold. The cashier was not helpful or friendly.

Almost seems like the managers of this location knly want this to be a drive-thru location. Multiple times, I have come, and the lobby is closed. Multiple times, they are out of product. For example, the drink machine in the lobby is usually out of some flavor. Today, the drink machine is 96% out of flavors. The service is hit and miss. Most of the time, the employees look like they have no idea what to do. Ask a question and be ready to wait for someone else with the information...be sure to check your order before leaving, especiallyif you special ordered. Sometimes they get the order right most time you have to get them to correct it.

I ordered a #1. The sign stated it was $9.09- already way overpriced. I was told the total was $10.89. Tax is not that high. When I inquired about the cost, I was told it included tax. How much are you charging for tax, because that is almost double the tax. The answer was, "Oh, the sign must need to be changed." I told them to keep it. What actually happened is that she automatically upsized without me asking. How do I know? Because that is what happened the last 4 times I went there, even though twice I specifically said NO UPSIZING. Regardless of whether this is random employees doing it (unlikely 5 x in a row), store policy, or corporate policy, this is disingenuous and theft, so I will not be going back. Added to that, the food is usually cold and greasy. Way overpriced for what you get, even if they get it right.
Drove up at 7:15pm on a Thursday, and the drive-thru said they were closed. All of the employees were sitting on their phones at a table in the window. Walked in to try to order, one employee got up and went to the cash register. Another employee yelled from the table in the window that they were out of everything we wanted to order.

Went to this location on Friday July 19th at 5pm. Was going to go dine in but the lady stopped me at the door and said the dining area is closed due to lack of staff. Why is this location still open? This isn’t the first time it happened to me.

Order an original chicken sandwich and started eating the sandwich flipped the sandwich over and there was a big pile of mold. Called the place and all she could say was she didn’t notice it and she is still using the same bread from when I came. Beware your food might come with mold.

They were just moving slowly like they were drained of energy.. so slow in the drive thru..The food came to us hot and perfect. It was put together very well. But they didn't have any Dr. Pepper for my friend and the cashier at the window was incredibly slow and also a little bit rude.. It also came across to me that there was one employee who was angry and was threatening to bring physical harm upon another of the employees in the parking lot after work.. you people are entirely insane if you think I'm dealing with this level of crazy when I come through y'all's drive thru line.. Nuh uh, no dang way, I don't think so, Dawg! I'm simply finding me another drive thru line to go sit myself in.. uh huh, yes, I will!!
Kid-friendliness: Why wouldn't you wanna have your child's birthday bash in this place..? ?
Wheelchair accessibility: No problems with your wheelchairs here as far as I can see, at least.. ?

The night shift employee hear are literally the worst employee ever and treat white clients like they don’t exist. I literally just watched this woman serve a black man a the drive through 15 min before close. But when I tried to get my online order that was already paid for and only one frozen drink she proceeded to tell me they’re closed and then ignored me like I wasn’t there and laughed about it. Disgraceful, unprofessional, rude and ridiculous. I’d never employ someone like that ever
Placed an online order. Extremely trashy night employees. They do not answer the in drive-thru. You can clearly see they are inside the building playing around. One employee was outside and said they are open she just has not answered the mic yet. We drove back around and still sat there for over 10 mins before going else where. Hire people who actually deserve a pay check. Nothing but low life job bouncers.
Rude place unwelcoming cursing as I said I have a credit card and hung up on me
Why in the living h e l l do you make people drive up then back up past the pole. So you can cheat your own standards to serve customers.? If so you are cheating yourselves. BK needs to get with the times. How about making the food correctly with friendly service. People will return.
