They were just moving slowly like they were drained of energy.. so slow in the drive thru..The food came to us hot and perfect. It was put together very well. But they didn't have any Dr. Pepper for my friend and the cashier at the window was incredibly slow and also a little bit rude.. It also came across to me that there was one employee who was angry and was threatening to bring physical harm upon another of the employees in the parking lot after work.. you people are entirely insane if you think I'm dealing with this level of crazy when I come through y'all's drive thru line.. Nuh uh, no dang way, I don't think so, Dawg! I'm simply finding me another drive thru line to go sit myself in.. uh huh, yes, I will!!Kid-friendliness: Why wouldn't you wanna have your child's birthday bash in this place..? ?Wheelchair accessibility: No problems with your wheelchairs here as far as I can see, at least.. ?

The night shift employee hear are literally the worst employee ever and treat white clients like they don’t exist. I literally just watched this woman serve a black man a the drive through 15 min before close. But when I tried to get my online order that was already paid for and only one frozen drink she proceeded to tell me they’re closed and then ignored me like I wasn’t there and laughed about it. Disgraceful, unprofessional, rude and ridiculous. I’d never employ someone like that ever

Why in the living h e l l do you make people drive up then back up past the pole. So you can cheat your own standards to serve customers.? If so you are cheating yourselves. BK needs to get with the times. How about making the food correctly with friendly service. People will return.

Decide to order online for lobby pickup. Arrive at promised pickup time to find lobby door locked. After waiting in long drive through line when arrived at the service window I was told by the unprofessionally dressed associate that by order was not ready. I was informed that I must pull away from the service area to receive my food which was promised at a designated prior time. Needless to say I didn’t receive a meal or would never recommend online ordering or this location to anyone!

Just came from this location at first they forgot my big fish sandwich. Paid more than $14 for a bacon king burger and didn't even get the right sandwich. The employees are all over the place, sitting on counters, and talking on the phones while we waiting for our food. Bad attitudes but one guy there was a good worker. But still my whole order was messed up and MY money was wasted. Would not go back and don't recommend no one else to go. Highly disappointed.

The manager was rude. Kept having to repeat myself. Took 30 minutes to even get the order placed. I decided to just place the order on the app. After, she insisted that I still needed to pay for the incorrect order she put in. Stealing ! I proceeded to ask the manager to call someone else that I could speak with so they could bridge the gap in our communication , she said NO, multiple times. The manager said I could only talk to her. As if her ego was more important than resolving what a customer needed. She should not be anyone’s manager. She can’t even work the POS. Customer service training failed her. The issue only got resolved when another clerk over heard my concerns and came over to speak to me.I visited Geismar ,LA Burger King on 11/28/23 at 2:00pm

I'm putting this up because I was short 2 chicken sandwiches only ketchup mustard and pickles and its pouring rain so I'm nkt going back. They aren't answering the land-line phone so I need proof that this happened when I go in tomorrow to get my BOGO chicken sandwiches.

Food was not fresh. I had a fish sandwich that tasted old. Was dry, I paid almost 14 bucks for hot food, and it was not hot, and they didn't and my cheese i paid for. I didn't wanna get them to remake due to the guys in the back look sketch.
