“This is the only soul food establishment in Ascension Parish (Louisiana), to my knowledge. The food is great, especially the lasagna, and the customer service is awesome. I definitely recommend that you check this place out if you’re looking for a home cooked meal.“

“This sonic has the best service of any sonic I've ever been to. They are fast and also extremely nice. I have been to other sonics where the carhops are rude and you can tell they don't want to be there. That is not the case at all here. The car hops are so friendly, and again very timely about getting you your food.“
“The food was good. I got a whopper jr combo with onion rings. However, the service could use some work. The workers were playing around. There was no one inside and I was the only one in the drive thru for a while and it took too long to get my food.“
“I really like this McDonald's over all the rest. The people are very nice and it feels like an old school McDonald's. No touch screens, just booths and tables. And the food comes out steaming hot every time. Not only that, but it tastes different (in a better way). The food tastes better that other McDonald's.“

“I’ve heard of this place a lot, but I’ve never gone. I decided to call in an order for a bacon cheeseburger and fries. Service was quick and maybe that’s because it was a little bit after lunchtime. The food was absolutely delicious, (although the fries were not that hot). Nevertheless, they were still seasoned well and crunchy. The burger is big and one of the best I’ve had..juicy and thick. I would DEFINITELY go again.Porking is limited as far as designated spots, but the lot is big enough for you to park in areas that are not marked by lines.Wheelchair accessible and friendly staff. Since I did not eat there, I can’t in fairness comment on anything related to dine-in services.“

In contacting the manager, he was very helpful and took time from his day to look into the situation and discovered my miscalculation. I recommend this place. Manager was very professional, values his customers and provided excellent customer service.“
“After reading other reviews, I decided to give Griffin Grill a try. I am glad I did, cheeseburger was delicious. Only tip, I heard someone telling someone else to order without the added salt. Salt definitely would have ruined the burger for me so I was glad to overhear that conversation.“
