Copa Restaurant Reviews
Great first experience at Copa and will definitely be back to try more food! The Caliente chicken and waffles were amazing

Copa Restaurant has received positive reviews for its food, service, and atmosphere. Customers have praised the Creole-Caribbean flare food, noting the large portions that could easily be split between two people. Specific dishes mentioned include the Caliente Shrimp appetizer flavored with Sweet Chilli sauce, which was crispy even when tossed in the sauce. The surf and turf with garlic mash and green beans received high praise, with the steak cooked to the desired temperature and the potatoes chunky with skins. The Caesar salad with shaved parm and in-house croutons was also noted. Breakfast items like the breakfast sandwich, the OG with grits, and the fried chicken sandwich with grits were very good, though the chicken was on the dry side. The peach Bellini and mimosa were very good, and the Copa Punch and mocktail were amazing. Service was consistently described as attentive and pleasant, with staff providing good recommendations. The restaurant was clean and fresh, with Saturday college football games on at the bar. Some minor issues included little gnats flying around a table and green beans that were a bit too crunchy. Overall, customers recommend trying Copa Restaurant and plan to return for breakfast and dinner.
