Great experience. Hadn't been to Don's in a while and decided to try Monday Oyster Special Night. Open table had only one reservation from 4pm till close and we took the 4pm and ate an early dinner. We have 3 1/2 dozen raw oysters between the 4 of us and they came quickly and were large and salty. Shrimp tacos were a little iffy with little flavor and mostly shrimp. Slaw was minimal. Fried shrimp and fish was delicious. Service was top notch.

The food overall was very good. I didn't love everything but I don't fault the restaurant since the food was well made, it was simply a 'not my preference' thing.

Where do I began. The Gumbo tasted like it came out of a container box. And you'll didn't put that much water in it. Terrible taste! And it had look like fish?? I don't know. The drink had no alcohol and it separated from the water and whatever else was in it! You need more people in the kitchen. You guys need someone to supervise your food before giving to customers. Horrible!
