It took 14 minutes for the counter girl to make a caribbean jerk turkey sub. I was the only person ordering. A small family was leaving as I ordered. She moved like a snail making a sandwich at home. If I had 15 minutes to spare, I would make my own sandwich and eat it before heading into work.

I stopped by the Gonzales LA location for Firehouse Subs on LA Highway 30 and Interstate 10 for lunch today. For me, the must have is the Spicy Cajun Chicken on wheat bread. The jalapeños are the best in this selection and the bread fresh. I've eaten In Covington, Baton Rouge, Prairieville, and here. Never been disappointed in this sandwich. They are busy and the service is great. A variety of age groups can be found here.

Super slow service!! How long does it take to make a sandwich??? Lady making sandwiches was incomprehensible and yelled a lot at her coworkers. Store was clean and fine otherwise.

So my pregnant wife ordered her a sandwich and my daughter some macaroni I arrive there the food was not ready it wasn’t even made because they ran out of turkey instead of them calling me to let me know I had to find out when I arrive they made me pay for food all over because they couldn’t just make another sandwich then when I asked for my refund they told me to take it up with the app I told her my wife did it online she said there’s nothing that she can do so my wife sent three different emails call twice and still no response the automated system hangs up it’s crazy and then I called the store myself to see what to do next they hang up

Good food but would be nice if what I put online actually happened. Ordered sandwich without pickle, rabbit food etc. and got a fully loaded sandwich.
The young ladies who prepared my food were attentive, quick, and the food tasted great. I got a medium Italian. I had to change my order in the middle and it was no problem for the cashier. This was great because I had limited time to get my food and get back to work.
