Went to Freddy's for the first time. Drove all the way from Metairie. They were training, so it was a little slow. The food was great and Amare made my order right! I will be back. Wish there was a location closer to me.

This place does not even deserve 1 star! We aren't big fast food fans, but I recently visited a friend in Missouri and she was telling me how much her family loves Freddy's. Since my husband loves burgers, we decided to try it on a busy night. First, my husband's burger didn't go through on the online order, so we had to place a second one. My mother brought the order home, and nothing was what we ordered. My mom's Patty Melt had no Thousand Island or grilled onions. I got the new Jalapeno Pepper Jack Burger with grilled onions, lettuce, and tomatoes. I had a double patty with cheese and sauce, nothing else. Not even jalapenos. To top it of they had burnt onion rings and some suspect burnt who knows. My husband threw his burger away saying it was "gross", my mom did the same because hers was so dry, and I couldn't even stomach mine. My husband also said that his onion rings tasted like they were fried in "really old oil." No freaking thank you!

I went through the drive through ordered my food (chicken sandwich) with no vegetables well I didn't get NOTHING ON IT as you can see in the picture when I call them about it the dude hangs up on me and I call back and no answer no good

First time trying Freddy's and had a horrible experience. I really can't critique the food since I went inside & canceled my order before actually getting it. Very rude & disrespectful employee that night. Maybe I'll give another location a try, but I will never go back to that one...

The staff is super nice, food is delicious but places is freezing like if you go to a meat freezer...therefore if you wanna eat in there take a jacket, sweater or sweatshirt...if not you can do like us and eat at their outside seating area.
