All of staff that me and my wife interacted with were extremely nice and courteous. Female manager working the evening was terrific and doing a good job creating a good cultural atmosphere.

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food and friendly staff. The menu features a variety of options, including Steakburgers and Frozen Custard. Customers recommend ordering directly at the restaurant to avoid any issues with the app. Travelers on I-10 often visit, with the wife's go-to being the burger and fries, the son's favorite being the ice cream, and the patty melt being the father's choice. Burgers and onion rings are praised, and the fries are good as well. The staff is described as professional and courteous, with one customer highlighting the exceptional service from the General Manager at the Prairieville location, who was welcoming, upbeat, and went the extra mile to ensure a great dining experience. Many visitors express their love for Freddy’s, with some traveling from far away to enjoy the food, praising the top-notch service, fresh food, and welcoming atmosphere. Customers appreciate that their orders are usually prepared quickly, and staff are consistently friendly and attentive. However, some mention that the restaurant can be inconsistent, with occasional long waits, ingredient shortages, or broken equipment, but overall, it remains a favorite spot for many. The signature jalapeño fry sauce is highly missed when unavailable, as it pairs perfectly with fries.
