Store sign says they were open until 9pm however they closed at 7. I was trying to get my kid a birthday cookie cake for her birthday and, remembering from the sign that it was going to close at 9, I was going to get it right after work at 7. I would have given 0 stars for false advertisement but there's only 1 or more
Worst experience I have ever had with Great American Cookie Co. I picked up a cookie cake today for my daughter’s college graduation that looks like a 4 year old wrote on the cake- literally! I have purchased many cookie cakes over the years from a different location and never had a problem but the cake I picked up today from the Tanger Outlet location is a total embarrassment to the reputation and standards of this company.The writing looks like it is written by a young child...read full review

Likely the same quality of all other overpriced cookies, but my daughter likes them. Beware, oddly enough, the reward for purchasing more than $5 of product is a 45 cent commodity charge. Rather than raising costs for products in general, it's just for purchasing more product. I recommend buying your cookies one at a time.
