MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

I worked there for almost 2 years and close to the end he stopped paying us and i still haven’t gotten paid and i need my money im a college student with bills and life is hard.

Our burgers were good. Fries were good, but a little greasy. But, the dining area of the restaurant was in need of a serious cleaning.

In the past this location has been excellent. Today it appears to be needing a lot of work. When trying to order, we were told half the items we wanted were unavailable. When I asked if they were closing this location, employee informed me that the freezer was out. I then noticed the AC was out. The women’s bathroom was out of order due to maintenance (both stalls not workable). The two employees working were super polite and doing their best to serve people with a great attitude. I think corporate needs to look at management at this location.

The restaurant is dirty!!! The floors are sticky and the booths are not cleaned. There was no one else in the place eating at the time we walked in. The cashier was sitting with what looked like her teen age daughter behind the counter. Both ice dispensers have green mold !! Will never come here again. Hurts my stomach to think of what I cannot see behind the counter. If what customers see is dirty, how dirty is the kitchen/ prep area!!!

Rude staff acted as if it was an inconvenience to serve us. Were out of shakes! How does a burger joint run out of shakes?! The overall condition of the restaurant was filthy! The drink station was covered in grime and we couldn't use the lemonade because it wasn't running and it look stagnant in the containers. The smell of old grease coming from the trash cans made our stomachs flip. Majority of the tables were dirty and the booth we sat at was soooo sticky and gross. I tried my best to use the baby wipes to clean the area. We couldn't even use the high chairs or booster seats for our children because the straps were broken and they were so dirty. However, the icing on the cake from our horrible experience was that the worker was casting her trash tv episode (love island) from her personal phone. I do not want to be eating lunch with my young children while hearing curse words and sex talk! We also observed serval times the same worker watching her show while attempting to cook fries. Since the restaurant was so filthy, I didn't want to attempt to change my 2 yr old & 7 month old diaper in the restroom. I'm glad I didn't because another review mentioned a month ago on how horrible the bathrooms were. We arrived back home at 7pm that evening from a day of shopping and errands and my 7 month old still smelled like burger grease! 5 hrs later and I could still smell the grease! This was our second visit to this location, but unfortunately it will be our last. Please send someone to do a deep cleaning of the restaurant & get new staff if you want any chance of this location to survive! Burgers were great but not at the price to eat in filth with trashy tv & rude staff.

Absolutely disgusting! The staff was so rude, gave us old, cold fries and when my husband asked if we could have the hot ones that just came out, the cashier got extremely hostile.
Food looked gross but after spending $40 on TWO MEALS, we didn’t want it to go to waste. We were both sick for the rest of the day!
Save your money and yourself and go literally anywhere else! McDonald’s would have been better than this place.

I was very disappointed in my visit today, June 2,, 2024, at 12:45. They were out of sweet potatoes, which is why I usually visit in the first place. When I ordered the sweet potatoes, I was not told that there were unavailable. She delivered regular fries, which i did not want. They were not good. The oil was definitely too old and should have been replaced with new oil. The main entrance door was dirty , and my shoes stuck to the sticky floor. I have visited this location before when it was much cleaner and there were sweet pototatos!

The food at Mooyah's was top-notch! I opted for the vegan burger, with fries that I asked to be made extra crispy - and they were on point. The customer service was also impressive, making for a speedy and enjoyable meal. I highly recommend this place!

Service was slow, a/c broke. Ordered sweet potato fries, waitress brought regular fries. She informed us at the table they were out of sweet potato fries. Our buns were burned and one burger was missing the grilled onions that we requested. Will not be going back!!

A/C not working, not worth the price and not worth moo'in over!
