Stupidity among a member of the staff here today. He said They will be with me in a moment. It took 15 minutes to get my question answered. I don't know what Smoothie King's definition of one moment is. But if it is different than his definition please educate him on what the definition of one moment is. Because 15 minutes is significantly longer than one moment in my book. There is no excuse for saying one moment when it took them much longer than one moment. None.
The Smoothie was great but the cashier finished my transaction without swiping my reward app. She said nothing she could do once she completed the sale . I had to send a message to the company and as of today i have not heard back from . I think the cashier should be able to correct the mistake without me having to spend mt time sending messages. That was time consuming and frustrating. Cashier was very polite tho.

Smoothie King is a fantastic place with great customer service. The staff is friendly, and the manager is attentive to detail. Even if mistakes happen, they go above and beyond to make it right. The Pineapple Spinach add Yogurt and Blue Spirulina smoothie is a must-try. Ordering ahead in the app is convenient, and the smoothie bowls are the best items on the menu. With excellent service and delicious smoothies, Smoothie King is definitely worth a visit.
