I am not a big fan of Chinese buffet's, but the Tang Buffet in Gonzales was so darn good! I took my mom there for her 86 birthday and we both were taken back with the quality, freshness and variety of food offered on their buffet! There was not one single dish that was not outstanding indeed! I did not expect the seafood dishes offered to taste amazing! They put their own twist to coconut shrimp, so good! Stuffed crabs were very tasty and the crab casserole was excellent...

Love this buffet. My husbands favorite! Wish they had more white meat chicken on the buffet. But the shrimp dishes are very good. Service always nice and friendly
