Hi, my name is Karen. If anyone knows who to contact about Wendy’s on Airline in Gonzales, please advise. You know, I went there a couple of weeks ago and they had a new employee who I believe is a manager and it was like a different place. She was pleasant, my food was ready, she was hopping. I had an order there last night. She apologized to me several times but she’s been beaten down.
