Stopped in for dinner to receive overcooked fries and sweet tea that was not sweetened. The condition of the dining room needed attention, not to mention the ac was on, so I ate with my coat on. While eating, I witnessed a young girl go to the adjoining Love's take a necklace and not pay for it. I informed the cashier at Love's who just ignored me. A woman with a dog came from the Love's side to fill a fountain drink. No one said a thing to a dog in the restaurant.
Will not be returning.

Very bad response and service from the girl at the fryer. I asked for my burgers while the fries were ready and she didn't want to give them to me when I paid for them 10 minutes before. She threw the bag on the counter and the manager didn't do anything. VERY BAD SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

This place is very adept at messing up orders. Missing fries, no cheese sauce, roast beef sandwich instead of a burger. Stuff like this was annoying 10 years ago. It's infuriating with how high prices are now.
Great service and even the general manager was helping. great job keep it up

This Arby’s says on their store sign they are 24 hours however the door is open but the man sweeping the floor refused to serve us and told us the store was closed. He was not friendly at all! We don’t have an Arby’s where I live so when we travel we always stop at this one at all different times. Very disappointed in this.

We was at the drive thru at 9:13 pm and they close at 10 pm but was to dumb to tell us they are no longer taking orders and just let us sit there for 10 minutes and never said nothing but kept looking out the window in Greenwood

Went in around 12:30 for lunch never was greeted by cashier he was very rude never asked if I wanted a different side instead he puts in for curly fries then never asked my name so when I get my receipt it says grey for my name as I'm wearing a gray shirt never even spoke a single word to me while I ordered
Customer service was excellent. Food was delivered quickly. Food quality was quite good.

I ordered 4 piece chicken strip. 2 were so hard I couldn’t even bite in to them and my Mac and cheese bites dripped of grease like they had been sitting in a cold fryer to long and then dipped back in hot grease.

If you are planning getting something to eat from this place Between 10:30 PM and 11 PM don’t do it they’ll close to switch register and they’ll take over a hour before they take your order. I don’t understand why not just have a register ready to swap it out that will be the smart play to do I guess management is not that smart.
