Lady took care of me and service was good. Like this location because it's inside the Loves Travel stop.
So you can get your fuel/def, eat and get some good sleep.

Terrible Big Cheesy burger. Made earlier? $14 +taxes and add a Greek gyro combo that came out to $28.34 for 2 people. It's ridiculous prices for this kind of food. Fries at room temp. Never planning on going back! Fast bad, expensive food.

It's attached to a Loves Truck stop. What more are you trying to get they do a good job at making sure their task done. However if I were to hit on anything the woman cleaning the floor (mopping) had such strong chemical in her bucket I could taste it while eating.. hey good on her for cleaning but maybe wait till an area is clear before cleaning with such a great cleaner. I think the real shocker is that the operational fleet auditor who was sitting in front of us never interjected and could have suggested to clean away from the guest with such a strong cleaner.. other then that everyone was great, food was good and everyone remained busy.

I am so disappointed with the last handful of times that I have been. I stop in because it’s on my way home and they’re quick, but this $37 meal sucked. I ordered a regular and double hamburger meal, both burgers tasted like they were left from lunch yesterday and not even cooked through- literally both pink inside. Had to throw it away, well the burgers but the curly fries are always bomb.

The lady that took our order wasn't friendly or welcoming and I was told they don't do refills on special drinks like lemonade and it sounded like a fight was going on in the back also the meat didn't taste fresh more than likely won't be back to this location

They forgot something in my order. I came back and they quickly made it right and even gave me a lil something for the inconvenience. I respect the fact that their response to my problem was to go above and beyond in recompense. Well done! In the future I am more inclined to frequent the place that has the meats due to their expert level of customer service. Thank you for making my experience valuable and turning what could have been a poor experience into a great one!

Went in to order food after driving 600 miles because I’m a bad over the road truck driver just to find out they was out of the food that I wanted and the guy that was working was more interested in talking with the cashier on the loves side I walked right past him and he seemed like he didn’t want to work anyways how in the hell can you be out of mozzarella sticks I’ll never stop here at this Arby’s again or the loves
This was a awesome experience in Arby’s! It was quick service and excellent customer service! We ate around 11pm and had a wonderful cashier named Angela, she was kind, quick, and full of energy even when it is 11pm august 7th. Please forward this message to her and give her a raise!
