The store was clean and the staff was working smoothly in the back...no problem there. The only way to order was the kiosk... that's ok too. I wanted a tender meal with mashed and coleslaw. Couldn't get past trying to change away from the fries that KFC wanted me to have. After several attempts, I walked away. If I can't get what I want, I will go elsewhere...and I did.

I took my lot lizard out to eat tonight and the food was delicious. Freshly cooked and the dining area was clean. Now my lot lizard is happy and we can go to bed.

After walking up to the register, the manager took over the register. She had no smile, no customer service and was annoyed that I was there. She gave just enough service to receive a 1 star. Then, the people after me had a smile, and advertised promo, and “Have a great day”.
The food was fresh but under cooked but, the place was clean. That is the only thing that was good about this place. I would think whomever owns this place needs to have secret shoppers come in of all races to experience this. Never again.

My husband came here last night, was charged $22 large meal but received small sides and medium drink. Customer service was trash. I hope this place closes

Food was good. Tootie was so nice and patient. I was very indecisive today. Very pleased with her customer service.

1/12/24. The lunch time cashier is not suitable to work here her people skills are horrible. I asked if she put utensils in the bag for me and I got a dirty look and she responded did you look in the bag ?♂️. I asked a simple question all she needed to say was yes I did or no I didn’t.

KFC ain’t worth a damn. Biscuits are hard the chicken is dry. They always out of something or lying and saying that to take it home. I have been stoping here for a while now and consistently keep getting disappointed. We as people work to hard to earn our money to have to throw it away on piss poor food

Found out that subway closed 2 hours earlier than it supposed to so I went to kfc which was open. Was standing at the register and waiting for an employee for good 10 minutes just to find out that KFC don’t have any chicken for the night. Good joke, I like it.
