This is a terrible place to stop by . Especially if you are travelling and want a pit stop . 6 piece chicken wings took 35 mins and they never worried about customer. Lack of ownership and customer obsession . Wouldn’t rev omens at all

I do not recommend this place at all. The young man at the counter couldn’t get the order correct for a bowl (NO GRAVY!!), Mac n Cheese, apple pie bites and a 3 pc tender meal!! Completely forgot my Mac and made me pay for it then my bowl was drowning in gravy, the apple pie bites were cold and the tenders were barely on the warm side!!

I read all the reviews on here and after going in to place my order I cannot understand all these horrible reviews. I had no problem placing my order the young lady that took my order knew what she was doing and was very friendly, our order was ready I kid you not within 10 minutes, got out to our semi and the food was awsome coodles to the cooks 😉 my husband and I will be back as it's hard to find good food and friendly service out here on the road anymore. It seems all the fast food and restaurants are going down the toilet this is by far the best Kentucky fried chicken we've had in a very long time.

If the girl doing my food today (8/21/25) 2 PM went any slower she’d be asleep. My lunch break was over by the time I got my food. I got the upgrade to a lg drink and extra side for $2 and she gave me large extra side and tried to hand me a medium drink. Whoever that chick is needs to be fired because she is absolutely useless. How you can run 20 minute ticket times when all of the food is already made is beyond me. I oughta get a discount for the wait.The leg I got was basically all bone as well. And barely any gravy on my mash.

Draya was very friendly and took care me and my order , very attentive and after she takes orders she's cleaning in the dining room food was great the grease to fry the chicken didn't taste burnt so the chicken was real good, place is very clean

Got the 5 tenders, all 5 that I received would probably be the size of 2 real regular tenders. Uneatable, extremely salty, wrong drink, wrong side order as well. Got a call saying that I haven’t paid when the person that was picking it up was in front of them. I wouldn’t give this food to a dog on the street.

When I went in the store I saw the KFC worker going to the Subway station. So I went to the bathroom and came back. I could hear someone in the back working. So I eventually got the worker attention in the back.. This is at 1:21 in the evening. I told the worker I wanted on a chicken breast and coleslaw, and she ring it up. Whoever the worker was that was at subway came told the worker she couldn’t ring it up like. She went in an changed it. She said you can get a meal for $7.00 and something, I told her that find. Then she took it as I had an attitude, asking me they didn’t help you. I TOLD HER THEY WERE BACK THERE WORKING. While she’s was standing up at the subway talking, and you have a customer @ kfc counter needing help. I didn’t want a drink or a biscuit. But you charge me for something I didn’t want. I’m going to check into this further. Why couldn’t I just pay for a Chicken Breast and a coleslaw???
