Paid for a Half and Half and got a 60/30🤣 also walked inside and was the only person in there and was told to wait one moment , 2 minutes go by (still standing waiting) another person comes in and gets taken care of before me . then had to wait 2 more minutes LOL. also since when do you have to pay for parmesan??? $3 for 2???

Mgrs on duty / Employees was rude had attitudes with customers because they was behind and lost customers orders….Stop taking orders and cancelled everyone order that was in the lobby waiting to pick up…mgr stated she didn’t care who we call on them I am a dissatisfied customer

Ordered takeout. I couldn't understand the person who took my order over the phone (barely spoke English). When I picked up I was shocked at how filthy and nasty the place was. Service wasn't good and the pizza was TERRIBLE! We threw much of it out.

Worst customer service ever!!! Quoted 5 different prices for same order. The website rarely works, when it doesn't they should have to charge the website order price. Tried to talk to 3 people about it, one put me on hold and never came back two more hung up on me just for questioning all the price changes when they're website wouldn't work. Worst chain ever, can't stand how awful they treat they're customers that totally support they're business. This is a long, ongoing issue with them the ones in my area.
The pizza wasn't ready the time they said it was. The bathroom has been out of order for weeks from what the staff said. The order was made wrong after the whole wait. One medium pizza was 22.00 very expensive to have a wrong order
