They have ruined this sonic no way they will continue operation like this waited atleast 10 minutes with red light activated 1 serve per usual more then half of the drive through stalls are broke if not more 45 minutes and counting on my order that consist of three items I mozzarella stick cheddar pepper and corndog

Horrible food! Ordered a double burger with bacon combo meal. Burger was cold and it hardly had any lettuce on it. Sent it back and had it remade and still hardly any lettuce on it,the burger was warm at best and their meat doesn't even taste like hamburger anymore. Employee was nice though. I will not spend my money at a Sonic again. Wages for employees went up and the quality of their food went down. It was also $12 for a so called value meal.

We order food at 830pm Sept 4th the food was terrible. Both burgers were very old and reheated. Both chicken sandwiches were very old and reheated dry chicken sandwiches with no mayonnaise. Fries were old. The rainbow slushy had no slushy ice and super sour I had to tossed it out.
Update: Sept 5th 2024 The manager on first shift remade the whole order that was messed up and horrible from last night. The women that help me about the order was very professional and let me know the night crew is new and still being trained..

Horrible customer service, acted like we were an inconvenience and took forever to bring 3 drinks out, lid came off and spilt all over my car and instead of offering to replace the drink she complained about us dumping it outside.

August 21st 2024 4:14pm, they had all blinds closed. No one answering the call buttons. More than 6 of us waiting. I called and they answered and said they are there when I told them I am too and no they wernt there... I saw one employee cleaning the lot when I pulled up and she quickly ran inside. And not one employee would to take our order.

Ordered combos but the speaker system sucks. They got our drink order wrong. I flagged someone down and told them and they didn't understand, never brought replacement. Food was ok but asked no tomatoes and was left in.

This location is terrible. It always takes at least 20 min to get your food and the food is not as good as other locations. I see why they don’t have a drive thru, they would have dismally slow driveway service times.
