Food was ok, average for fast food, but this experience was nothing but slower than a snall. I ordered at 1723 hours and finally received food at 1742. Excuse was another customer received wrong food, so food from mine was given to them. That was told to me at 1728 when I called in. But it still took another 14 minutes to replace whatever they took out. Very unprofessional and will not go again.

The only sonic I know that does not work with the app.
Ordered a sonic cheeseburger meal and a footlong coney meal.... they bagged it all together causing all the chilli and cheese on the coney to be mashed onto the wrapper.... How stupid do you have to be to know that if you do that it's going to ruin the hotdog.... they refused to fix it

The worst Sonic Drive-In I've been to yet waiting for 30 mins to get food and still didn't get my drink they said fountain machinen was down and still charged me for a drink that did not get. Will not come back to this location every again.

The food is always at its best when DeMarcus is there. When he is not there I'd give it 4 stars instead of 5. Definitely recommend amazing employees and they would go above and beyond. It's worth the stop!

Night shift at this location has some of the laziest workers I’ve ever seen. They will not answer the phone and when you show up they will refuse to make an order when there’s still an hour before close which is ridiculous and definitely not policy. They need to clean house and be replaced by people who actually want to work.

Can't really comment on the food since I couldn't even order my food. was told they were behind, understaffed, and would be a 10-15 minute wait to get my food then just disappeared... this was after 10 minutes of trying to find a machine that would work. Need to either do better or close the location.

Oh, this meal hit home. It reminded me of the meals from Sonic back in the day! It was very delicious 😋! Food was hot and prepared just right! 👍 Good job Sonic! 5 + stars!

Went to get a shake at 940 pm. They have already closed their machine down for the night. They don't close until 11. So will definitely not be back.

The app won’t work was told by another customer they had it locked, then try to order and can’t understand the guy on the intercom had to repeat myself several times, the dining room says open and it’s locked, got the hamburger it was all mangled and wanted on ketchup he said he can’t put ketchup on it, Really, oh I forgot we’re in Shreveport la nothing it to great in this area

Was craving sonics amazing route 44 sweet tea...
Pulled in with plenty of time before they closed... completed my order.. and before closing, they threw away the tea..
That is unheard of and that is not how you operate a company, ever... you do not throw away or get rid of any product. If you still have customers and still open...
End of story..
