Drinks were great, always are. We’ve never had a problem with this CC’s, but this morning we had a super rude barista taking our order. She had an attitude the entire time. It almost sounded judgy when asking for specifics on what we wanted in our coffee. Super sad because this is our favorite place to go for good coffee.

I’m so annoyed right now like I never stop for coffee and the one time I really need it and actually stop, I get screwed over. I ordered a caramel latte and as soon as I get to work I finds out that it’s just a oatmilk and coffee.. like people sure know how to ruin a complete strangers day.. you never know what someone is going through and all I needed was a latte to pick me up before this long day ahead. Never again. Thank you so much for making my already bad day worse. I hope yours is better than mine.

They have this cool container that keeps lots of coffee hot I depended on them for my event on the hot coffee I start serving it realize the coffee is burnt this is really bad business really really disappointing none of my guests drank coffee they all took a sip and throw it away

I ordered a coffee and Banana Nut Miffin,I didn't open the the bag that had the muffin I n it until 7pm this evening because it was my dessert for dinner. The muffin was extremely burnt, and I assume was over heated It did not even look like a muffin,it was awful. I don't want my money back,however want customers to be aware of this poor customer service. There is no way they didn't see that this muffin was burnt and not fit to serve a custoner.customer. My order number was 141,purchase was at 12:37 pm I have poster pictures on social media.
The absolute worst business ive ever gone in. extremely rude when asked questions. laughing and yelling so loud people couldn't talk. 1 hot tea 4 dollars. asked if its free refills they said yes. turns out you get I tea bag all day. told them that Starbucks charges the same amount and you get a teabag each time ( 10 cents). the teens told me to get out and go to Starbucks. wont be back. this is why no one is in here and Starbucks 2 blocks away is packed.

I pulled up to order, was greeted and asked for my order. I wasn’t sure what I wanted flavor wise but I always get an iced soy latte. I ordered that and then when I figured out what flavor I wanted, I asked for half the amount of that flavoring. The girl at the window was demeaning and was screaming at her coworker about how I was “dumb” for how I ordered. I used to work in customer service, so I get if you’re having a bad day, but to do that in plain view of the customer is uncalled for. I will not be returning
