THINK twice before visiting this location. I recently decided to start patronizing this business instead of buying coffee elsewhere. It was great until today. I ordered a drink, but certain items were not available. No issue, ask for half and half instead, and I received whole milk. ( This can't be real) My croissant had a knat baked into it, I had not yet left the parking lot, so I proceeded to return the croissant. There was no care or concern. Check your food if you buy here and your beverages. 1/6/2025

I had an unfortunate experience at CC’s on belle chase hwy. After politely asking an employee if my drink was correct, I received an unprofessional and dismissive response. When I clarified that I had requested light ice, the employee continued to be unresponsive, and the manager intervened in a manner that felt confrontational. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told not to return.
This was a disappointing encounter that could have been resolved with better communication and professionalism. Customer service is an essential part of any business, and I hope this feedback encourages improvements moving forward.

I’ve been a loyal customer at CC's Coffee in Gretna for about a year because I believe in supporting local businesses. However, I’ve encountered ongoing issues with how my espresso is prepared. I order a five-shot espresso with three scoops of milk foam, and several times I’ve had to remind the barista to pull fresh, hot shots. Unfortunately, they often use shots that have been sitting premade, resulting in lukewarm coffee.
Today, December 2, 2024, at 9:30 AM, I specifically asked the same barista to ensure my shots were pulled fresh, as the last three times she made my coffee, it was barely warm. Sadly, when I got to my car, the coffee was once again lukewarm. The barista seemed indifferent and didn’t care about my request. Her attitude comes across as miserable, as if she doesn’t want to be there.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that many of the employees at this location often appear unhappy and unmotivated, which affects the overall experience. I hope the owner considers hiring staff who genuinely want to work and can serve customers with a positive attitude.
This is my first review of this CC's location. As a loyal customer, I hope the owner and manager take notice. Lukewarm espresso on a chilly 50° morning isn’t acceptable, especially when customers voice their preferences.
I visit CC’s at least 3 times a week. Today was different. The young gentleman at the drive thru window was on it. Very nice, packaged the pastries perfectly and his aura was so genuine.

Usually they're ok but last 2 visits makes me wonder about management. Today they have no large cups. Last week the employees were playing so much, they had to ask a customer 3 times what they wanted. They got a different order wrong and that just in the 5 minutes I was there.
This is a fantastic little independent coffee shop. The place is bright and clean, well decorated, and the owner works here. Every customer gets a personal greeting and a genuine smile. It has a drive-thru and there’s plenty of seating, some soft chairs and several tables, one perfectly suited for a group, with many outlets in the center for tech. I ordered a latte that is perfect, not all foam like I get from chains. The chocolate croissant reminded me of pastries I’ve had in Europe - buttery but not greasy, with high-quality dark chocolate that wasn’t ruined by lots of refined sugar. If I could give six stars for atmosphere, they would get six stars. The Baristas here know their products to the smallest detail; you can tell from the way they you questions about your order. They laugh and joke with customers but not at the expense of their work. They laugh WHILE working, not INSTEAD of working. If there was an Academy Awards for small businesses, this one would take the gold.

Ordered a $6.30 breakfast sandwich on yesterday. It was hard, burnt and nasty! Did better going get a #1 chicken biscuit meal from Chick Fil A with a dollar and some change more!
