Most certainly in the top three Mexican restaurants on the Westbank. Great food, very fresh and consistent with each visit.

El Patron Mexican Grill & Cantina is a family-friendly restaurant that offers excellent Mexican cuisine, with standout dishes including Molcajete fajitas and seafood fajitas. The restaurant is accessible for wheelchairs, making it convenient for older adults. The atmosphere is pleasant, particularly on the patio, and they offer a variety of alcoholic drinks, including amazing margaritas. A must-try is their cheese dip with chorizo and the BEST guacamole as an appetizer. The service is excellent and fast, with food arriving hot and fresh in 10-15 minutes. The music is fun and upbeat, and there is sometimes a mariachi band. While parking can be difficult, the food is excellent even for takeout.
