I’ve been a loyal customer at CC's Coffee in Gretna for about a year because I believe in supporting local businesses. However, I’ve encountered ongoing issues with how my espresso is prepared. I order a five-shot espresso with three scoops of milk foam, and several times I’ve had to remind the barista to pull fresh, hot shots. Unfortunately, they often use shots that have been sitting premade, resulting in lukewarm coffee.

I visit CC’s at least 3 times a week. Today was different. The young gentleman at the drive thru window was on it. Very nice, packaged the pastries perfectly and his aura was so genuine.

This is a fantastic little independent coffee shop. The place is bright and clean, well decorated, and the owner works here. Every customer gets a personal greeting and a genuine smile. It has a drive-thru and there’s plenty of seating, some soft chairs and several tables, one perfectly suited for a group, with many outlets in the center for tech.
