I had visited the westbank location a year ago or so, and it was delicious, but I ordered from the east bank location and it was HORRIBLE!!! I ordered the Birria tacos and consommé and it was SALTY no actual flavor other than overly SALTY!!! The tacos were burned and dry…, whoever the cook is in that kitchen definitely doesn’t care.., just plain SALTY, and I will never order from that location again. Y’all gotta fix that!!!

My family went last night Tuesday 11/25/25 @ around 8-8:15 for the first time to the Gretna location. We wanted to place a order for my family to enjoy. I sent one of my daughters to check to see if they were still open. She returned and said yes but the female & male employee told her the only meat available was the Barria. This is simply ridiculous. When we pulled up the parking lot in front the store was very dark. No employees was observed in the dining area or behind the counter. The restaurant appeared closed but the led open sign was lit on open. This was a bad experience since the store doesn't close till 9pm. Is this the type of service you'll provide? My 3 daughter's son and wife was with me in my SUV. We were hungry. We really wanted to try. We ended up going across the street to your competitor. This is at the Gretna location. My daughter's is visiting from Brooklyn. They now have a experience to share about this restaurant.

Came here yesterday for my birthday thinking I was going to have some great food but I was sadly disappointed. The worker that took my order was very rude. I ordered the cauliflower tacos and the queso and chips. The tacos had shrimp in them and wasn't hot. Cauliflower was drench in Bbq and didn't have anything special taste to it. Queso was cold and chips was a mixture of stale and okay chips. It's funny how I saw someone critique about how good the food is but I got a completely different experience. But hey nice presentation 🤷🏾

The first time I went into the establishment and had the steak tacos my sister had the shrimp they were absolutely wonderful. Last night I decided to Uber and the steak was not an option so I ordered the barria tacos it was awful greasy and the meat tasted old the rice was horrible I dont know what happened but never ordering that again but I’ll still go there for the steak tacos

Uptown location ON POINT!!!! From the customer service to the music to the food. 1000/10! No cap. Rice won me over. The birria tacos were awesome and the pineapple lemonade 👏🏾 oh and don’t forget that queso dip 😰 I will definitely be back.

I placed a delivery order for birth tacos and this is what I received. not Borracho tacos an these are drenched in grease I called the store multiple times and no answer
