I usually like my cookies baked a little harder buuuut who can come to the mall and not get a mall cookie lol.Loooove them oooor I'm just greedy lolEither way love the variety and the staff is cool but they change up enough so if it was a bad experience you might see someone new the next time you go soooo still grab a cookie lol
I come to this spot often. Whenever I visit any mall I usually look forward to grabbing a slice of cookie cake (I love chocolate and the slice with the chocolate icing is my favorite). This review is for the WestbAnk, Oakwood Mall location. The slices of cookie cake are more expensive than the other cookies, but with reason - because these are more delicious! Perfect as always. On average we order 10 cakes a year. Never have any issues. Most of the time I order on the iPhone app, and cake is always correct and on time. As I was getting ready to write my review, I’ve seen quite a few negative reviews, and don’t see how people are getting their cake wrong unless they order it wrong.
