Honestly the pictures make it seem like a Disney Land spot for ice cream, but you’re wrong ??? lmao the atmosphere was nothing like the pictures ?? I walked in and immediately I felt awkward ? it didn’t seem like they didn’t wanna work there ?? I would probably say like the two women were being forced to work at that place ???
Honestly I wouldn’t go back ?? it’s not worth it, just find another place more open spirited ???

I order and paid in advanced a $60 ice cream cake for a birthday but the writing was under par. For the money that was paid the handwriting should not have been like an elementary student writing with smudges on the top of the cake. Nothing against the nice server, she tried her best to fixed it but it only looked worst. The presentation of the cake was under par, very disappointing for such a high name brand.

Ice cream is so good, a perfect location, but I notice its really needs somw TLC, the pleace is very dirty, the ice cream fridges are dirty, where the wafle cone box is very dirty, also the floor, chairs and table are dirty. In general they need to do a very good cleanning because today was my third time this week and I notice the same things dirty since Monday.

I have to say, the experience was nothing short of fantastic, thanks to the incredible service from McKenzie and Lauren. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed with their warm smiles and friendly attitudes.
The shop itself has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, but what really made the visit memorable was the personalized service. McKenzie was quick to offer recommendations based on my taste preferences, and Lauren was equally attentive, making sure my order was just right. Their knowledge of the different flavors and toppings was impressive, and they genuinely seemed to enjoy helping customers find their perfect treat.

How in the hell does this place have a 4.5 unless they paid for the ŕeviews???Visited them a while back after passing the location a dozen times swearing that " Next Time " I was going to go in...Well, that next time, I had a chocolate craving and thought I'd treat myself to Mint Chip or something along those lines...Let me ask you a question:Have you ever done this... plan something, and the anticipation rises until the moment comes, and it's a total letdown?Walked in the door with eagerness, and looked into the glass case excited to see all the choices and EVERY canister that contained " Chocolate " anything was left with either the Leftover you have to scrape off the sides and deep into the bottom edges, OR what was left had that Nasty freezer burnt Glaze that most of us scrape off and toss down the sink before getting to what actually looks decent.People, they have some of the MOST EXPENSIVE Ice Cream being sold, so shouldn't it be presented as such???If you like it so much, I'd suggest going to the grocery store and getting it fresh instead of the leftovers this place is happy to sell you at top dollar...If your reading this and it's your location... You only get a couple of opportunities to either keep or lose a customer, so stop being so cheap and replace your products before customers are left with the scraps..It's just nasty...

How can you go wrong with Haagen Dazs? Delicious sundaes. I got a caramel something with bananas. So friggin good!
We finally went to the Häagen-Dazs shop and we enjoyed it. Customer service was on point and the ice cream was delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Stop in Monday night with my daughter to get coffee chip ice cream and cookie dough shake. But was told they were out of cookie dough because they were out. Even though I could see it in the case. Wow. And they could not serve me the coffee chip because it's frozen.So we left and went to Baskin-Robbins.
