Ordered a "strawberry" shake and got a cup full of "vanilla" ice cream. Ordered an iced caramel coffee with whipped cream - got an iced coffee with no caramel and no whipped cream. Spent almost $30 for this and will never order from them again. Get your art together McDonald's as you are losing customers by the tons due to your lack of customer service and customer care for orders.
This is a horrible store. The Manager was outside smoking, the employees would not take my order, someone had locked themselves in the bathroom and the manager was not concerned about getting them to open the door! I finally left and she was still outside smoking! Do not go here!!!!
Went through the drive through, they shorted me the cookies I ordered, tried to give me the wrong drink, and when I got home and bit into my burger, it was still raw on the inside. Tried to call the store up and speak to someone, but no one answered.
So now I'm here.
My order was a number 3 combo meal, no ketchup or mustard, no pickles, add mac sauce and shredded lettuce, 3 cookies, and a coke. I didn't even get the shredded lettuce. Tried to give me a fruit punch,...read full review
