These guys are awesome. Great customer service for me whenever I go.

Poor customer service. I was just waiting outside the store for it to open and the owner didn't even acknowledge me or say good morning and when he opened the doors I walked in ahead of him and he got an attitude. I'm thinking to myself so what I'm a paying customer why would it even matter. The owners are middle eastern and maybe that's why there was an attitude because a woman walked ahead of him lol. Never going there again!

The food is bland but it'll hit the spot for you if you are looking for a quick in and out. They are never busy so it'll work

I love Moe's. I'm not sure I've ever give a fast food joint five stars, but Moe's earns that rating. Here's why: Convenience I don't always have an hour or more for lunch. Sometimes I need something quick yet good that I can eat on the go in my car. It's not ideal, but I'm a busy dude. Moe's offers online ordering, paying and has a convenient drive up window for online orders. The online process is simple. It quotes 15 minutes before your food is ready, but I've had it ready in five or under. Food Moe's has a wide variety of Mexican food, but my go-to is the "Earmuffs" burrito bowl. With it I get my choice of protein, veggies and toppings. I've tried the main proteins and the steak is by far my favorite followed by the chicken. The pork is good too, but it must be stored in some sort of liquid because it's way too wet for the burrito bowl. I bet it works better in an actual burrito. Staff Here is where Moe's really shines. It hasn't mattered whether I went in and ordered or went through the pick up window. These people are awesome. I have never experienced fast food employees so happy and friendly. After a few trips I realized it wasn't a coincidence, but now that I've been many many times I realize that they are always amazing. I was so impressed that I even sent a message to their corporate headquarters praising them. I hope my high rating has been fully explained in my review. If not, you'll have to go and try for yourself, but for my money, Moe's is the best fast food experience I've had in a very long time.

I loved this place when it first opened but it has definitely gone downhill & I will NEVER come back. The greeting was so dry. I didn't feel welcomed at all. The girl that prepared our food was nice but once I got to the end of the line the girl had the worst attitude when I asked her for a cup of queso. I decided then that I would take my order to go because I didn't like the attitude. I asked for my order to go & she rolled her eyes at me. I asked for the manager & she told me that she was the manager. I told her that if she was really the manager then this place was in bad shape & I left. I refuse to spend money where I'm disrespected. If something isn't done soon I can see this place closing. There were hardly any diners & it was around noon which is pathetic.

Reasonable. Quick. Health-ish. It's a burrito franchise. There is nothing that sets it apart, but the food is solid, which is #1 reason to go. So enjoy a nice burrito (avg cost $9-12/meal). Enjoy.

This place has several things going for it, in my view. First of all, I liked that the salsa was self-serve and free of charge. Not only that, I had four different varieties to choose from. The two I sampled were excellent. I tried the nacho sriracha burrito, which was absolutely fantastic. I've been craving one since I left. Pricing was very good; a burrito and chips for under eight bucks is a great deal. Finally, having tofu for a veggie option was a pleasant surprise. Kudos on the food all around. They lost one star for slightly bad customer service. The guy behind the computer seemed a bit . . . out of it, if you catch my drift. He wasn't particularly friendly and didn't seem to know what went on the burrito I ordered; I had to read the ingredients off the menu to him. Another employee had to remind him to add chips.

I love Mexican food but this place was just bad. I understand the concept of this kind of restaurant, almost like a semi-fast food, but that doesn't mean the food should be bland. I ordered a beef burrito with rice. My beef to rice ratio was out of control almost to the point of being funny. The beef was boring and not at all flavorful, which was disappointing. Overall I would say it tasted like something I could pull out of my freezer and cook at home. The service was friendly though and the restaurant was clean. What I did like is that they have a ton of sauces to try and I tried several of them and their chips are not bad. Overall I was underwhelmed and I just felt like a gross piece of plastic after I ate here.

#prayformoe I am so disappointed, y'all! I struggled with this rating and I so badly wanted to give this place 3 stars, but I just couldn't do it. When I heard we were getting a Moe's on the Westbank, I was excited. I knew that it was a Felipe's/Chipotle type of place where you could go in and order tacos and burritos and get them made fresh to order, like a Mexican subway. We went in on a Friday night and the place was dead. Maybe it was the holiday- nope, scratch that. The dude working there said that the place is always dead: not a good sign. I stepped up and ordered a taco salad with pork and all the fixin's. First of all, the guy making the salad started with filling the salad shell with a huge fist full of lettuce. This salad was 90% lettuce. Then all of the other stuff was placed on top. There was barely any pork on this thing. I was super disappointed. On top of that, I got queso on the side and that was an extra three bucks. Granted, they give you a huge tub of it, but I'd be happy with a little solo cup that costs a dollar. The chips and salsa is free and that's pretty much the only good thing I can say about my experience here. I most likely won't be back.

Really good! Moe's is a nice place for a fast and flavorful lunch that didn't drain my wallet.

This place was really good. I was confused when they started building one so close to the Izzo's; but it really was very different. They had several options as far as you could do nachos. tacos, a burrito, a quesidilla or a salad. I think the prices were more reasonable than Izzo's and the staff was way friendlier. My food was pretty good although the queso tasted a little different than what I'm used to. The decor was cute. I'll be back!
