Waste of a Pi day, they wouldn't allow to add meats or any upcharge items for the Pi day special. The advertisement didn't specify on the meats limitation. It's a personal pizza size and they didn't bother making the 2nd pizza on my wife account until i got there. Wasn't worth my time to try to feed the family.

Mid at best. Takes too long too but isn’t really good in my opinion. Like the spinach & artichoke appetizer though but the pizza’s were not it. The service is ok they were nice.

I have experienced poor service at this restaurant in the past,however today was the worse experience and the very last time I will go to this restaurant. I arrived at 11:05am.at 11:55 I was not served,The horrific thing was I was the only customer in the entire restaurant, There were 2 servers putting pizza boxes together and at least 3-4 cooks in the kitchen,I seen at least one cook on his cell phone much of the time.Needless to say I leftxat 11:55.I will not return to this restaurant. Poor service and Management Team.

I almost gave up on Reginelli’s but decided to give it another try. The new manager at the Belle Chasse is absolutely amazing. The staff is full of young professional adults that are providing TOP TIER customer service. There’s so many menu options but the pizza is my favorite.

The server, a young woman of short stature, exhibited disrespectful behavior from our arrival. Her demeanor suggested a desire to hasten our departure. During our conversation, she informed our party that we needed to vacate the table to accommodate her need for a break and table cleaning, citing fatigue from standing. Her attitude was confrontational, and it seemed evident that our ethnicity influenced her unfavorable treatment. While previous experiences were commendable, our recent encounter fell short. The server would benefit from further training to consistently demonstrate positive and professional conduct, enhancing her performance in this role.
The food was good but the service was terrible. The wait staff once we got our food was MIA. We never got a refill on our drinks and when it was time to go after waiting for at least 10 minutes I went to the counter to pay. Only to be told my wait staff would have to do that. We wait again.... Finally she comes over to take our payment. And it was NOT that busy.

We walked in the restaurant it was empty only us and they sat us down and no one came to us. We sat for like 15 minutes and still no one came to us. We got up and left and no one even talked to us. So disregard and bad service and workers. Never going there again!!!!

Pizza here is some of the best I have ever had. You could actually just go here, get the cheezey bread app, and a beer and that would be perfect.
The atmosphere is relaxed, and service is exactly like you would expect. This is one place we love to eat at when we want a treat.
