They are slower than molasses. I work 21-7 and here since last year of June so I’ve been here quite a bit when i get off work the only person worth a damm is Ms. Rhonda. The other younger sking as a closet broom bartender will take my order of a double on the rocks whiskey and then proceed to not get my drink made for 10 minutes. Its literally 2 ft behind you and instead of just pooring my drink and handing it to me she always takes my order and then does everything else for others at a snails pace.

I had dinner tonight with my daughter and Pam was our waitress. She was very sweet and took care of our table well. The food was good. I ordered a strawberry margarita and the bartender Jet did a wonderful job at making my drinks. We are staying at the attached hotel for the night so having a good place to come to dinner is a plus!

Got the Philly cheesesteak burger. I didn't think they were gonna overcook it till it died past death. I ate almost half of it. Should've ordered the wings like everyone else.

Waited forever just for the server to take our order. Then it took an hour just to get our food . When we got our food my order was wrong. Terrible service.

Still waiting. No service. It’s like they wait on 1 table at a time and then go to back.

Restaurants food is mid the breakfast was overcooked and the lunch was undercooked ordered chicken tenders and fries and the fries were greasy and almost burned crisp, the tenders were undercooked skin falling off chicken tasting rubbery, was offered a survey for icecream and the icecream was freezer burnt. The hotel next door was nice quality you’d expect the same from its restaurant. Servers were rude also.

The Bartender was very polite by explaining that they were out of a lot of menu items. So we just ordered chips and Salsa. I actually think dollar tree has better quality than we were served. Not the bartenders fault, we understand, but a quality hotel like this should and can be better. Especially in cajun country.

Our server Josh was attentive and friendly. I had the salmon dish with a Caesar salad. It was delicious. My wife has the chicken wrap and fries. It was a generous portion. She said it was very good. We recommend this diner.

The food was great but the service was garbage. My mom sat an hour before they noticed she didn’t have her food. They never came out to see how we were doing. The server had an attitude because my mom didn’t think she should pay for her meal. Highly not recommended.

I was told that the wings were great. Since it was raining and I was staying at the hotel, I decided to give them a shot. They were “ok” at best. The fries were not cooked all the way and I ordered a Moscow Mule a the pic that you see is what I got. It was terrible. Fresh lime juice was not used, maybe some type of sweet n sour. The glass was too big for the drink and a copper cup was not used. It was “wing Wednesday” and 6 little wings were $10. I wouldn’t eat here again. However, the server Josh was nice.

While staying at the Holiday Inn, Gretna, we had breakfast buffet at Roundhouse Bar and Gill, which is part of the hotel. Service was friendly. They had no cream cheese to go with bagels. Scrambled eggs were OK. Sausage was extremely salty.
