We stood there for a few minutes, trying to catch the staff's attention to be seated. However, they didn't even greet us upon arrival. To our surprise, a family that arrived after us received a warm welcome and was promptly seated. We ended up leaving. Hopefully, they'll improve their service in the future.

I just walked in to this empty waffle house and one of the guys just told me they only taking online orders while he sitting at a table on his ass not doing anything and the other guys just ignoring bout 10 people that walked in behind me.

Barely interacted with server and it was only 2 tables there. Music was SCREAMING and server thought we were at the club. Good was ok even though my bacon was over cooked. And it was too cold in there.

I COME HERE TO PLACE A ORDER TO GO 4 TIMES OUT OF THE WEEK..I COME IN THE ESRLY MORNING AND HAVE TO ASK THE COOK TO PUT GLOVES ON..THIS IS EVERY TIME I COME ..THEN SHE HAS BLEACH ON THE COUNTER BY FOOD..I THEN COME IN THE DAY TIME AND THE COOK WAS IN THE BACK OFFICE. SHE COME FROM OUT THE BACK OFFICE ..GRAB THE BOWL WITH HER FINGER IN IT AND NO GLOVES ON TO FIX MY ORDER..THIS PLACE DEFINITELY NEED TO SHUTDOWN..THE WORKERS REFUSED TO PUT GLOVES ON ..I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND LEFT..DEFINITELY WILL BE REACHING OUT TO CORPORATE OFFICE ..THIS HAPPENS CONSTANTLY.

I ordered T bone steak and eggs. Something I normally order from any Waffle House. My steak was overly seasoned and got pretty cold quick. The waitress was really sweet and I actually tipped her for great customer service but I have to leave a review because I definitely got food poisoning. I was sick immediately after and throwing up for two days straight. It was an apple juice I ordered that didn’t look right the bottle was dark. The waitress ensured me it taste great and because she was nice I trusted her judgment. Needless to say I was sick. Customer service great but food was sketchy and I’m definitely not going to another Waffle House again.

Waffles are incredible! I could right about them for hours, seriously. But here's a little something: Waffles are nice, Waffles are kind Waffles taste good, I eat them all up I'd eat them with mustard, and barbecue sauce I'd eat 9,000 of them per hour until the world supply of oxygen ran out if I only had a Toyota Corolla with pink hubcaps

Waited 30 min for someone to take our order and it’s not busy. Very rude and seemed like nobody wanted to work. Just talked to each other didn’t write anything down and then kept asking what I ordered as she was calling out order
