I recently had a very positive experience with your drive-thru customer service, which was excellent. However, I am a bit perplexed as to why a tortilla with shredded cheese, and no chicken or sauce, costs seven dollars. This price seems quite high. For comparison, I could dine at Olive Garden and receive a salad with unlimited soup and salad for a similar cost. Could you please clarify why a simple tortilla with shredded cheese is priced at seven dollars? I am finding it difficult...read full review
