“Came to get breakfast with my husband after picking him up from collage.
Kathleen was our server, and she was super awesome. We had a couple casual conversations, and it was nice. She's really understanding and accommodating with the drink/food service.“
“I walked from campus to Waffle House for lunch, and as soon as the ladies working found out I didn't drive in they gave me free water and insisted I hydrate. Everyone working was so sweet, I rarely dine alone but I still felt like I was with family. I've also been here at night, and the folks I've met working after 11PM were incredibly funny and conversational. My only gripe with this WH is that sometimes they're to-go only past a certain time of night, but it seems more like a company-wide problem than something to hold against a single location. Will be returning more often.“
“Very nice experience. My fiancee and I went here for breakfast on our way home to Wisconsin. The service was amazing and everyone was very friendly. The waitress even asked questions to clarify and make sure we got the items we wanted which was really nice. And for the food my fiancee had a burger which was very good and I had the sausage egg and cheese hash brown bowl. The sausage in the bowl was amazing and the eggs were cooked perfectly. Baccon was pretty good too. All around great end to our visit to Louisiana.“
“Mr. Tzus was absolutely awesome to me and my son. He was very generous and kind. The atmosphere was welcoming and very clean. Between the one in Ponchatoula and here in Hammond….Hammond is the best. The people, the food, and the original southern hospitality. My husband and I always come here with our son.
Kid-friendliness: My 9 years old son really love this place.“
“The best breakfast I've had in a very long time. The man on the grill did an amazing job! Fast, hot & delicious!
I was also greeted by several employees who were very complimentary and kind. This is by far the best waffle house and breakfast place I've ever been to. I will return!“
