“Best Waffle House in Louisiana, go there with regularity when I want to get a hearty breakfast and don't want to massacre my bank account to do it, this is the place to be. No matter how busy it is, the service staff is always smiling and actually seem to enjoy their jobs, a rare quality if there was one. Food never disappoints, maybe the only detractor there is it can be a little on the greasy side, so bring antacids. Otherwise, sit back and relax, these folks have you covered.“

“I live Waffle House, I mean who doesn't, right. My Grandfather is about to be 93 and dines in all the time, amazing! Love it! 💞 Breakfast is my favorite meal. And they have expanded their menu. Love their Jukebox, I want one. Love all kinds of genre's . Thank you Waffle House for y'alls great food. Not to mention you guys have been in business forever. That says a lot.“

“Went to the O’Neal location and wasn’t greeted or anything. Left and I went to this location as it wasn’t too far from my doctor’s office (which I had an appointment shortly afterwards). Came here and I thought they were closed because I didn’t see any cars but I saw the workers. I walked in and asked if they were open and they said ofcourse. I walked back out to get my kiddo and we came in to sit down. Was greeted and taken care of right away. Waitress (Andreika) I hope I spelled it right was super nice, friendly, and attentive. Upon getting our food, I fed my baby first and she started to eat but didn’t eat much. I thought nothing of it until I started to take a bite. Food wasn’t the best but at the time I’m just hungry and just want to eat a little before my appointment. Not long into eating, a gentleman (Gee) which I found out later that he was the manager. Walks over and asked if wanted more grits. At first I thought he meant extra but no he wanted to replace what I had because it looked distasteful. He remade EVERYTHING and it was great, my kiddo felt the same way too because she ate the food without a problem. Customer service has went down tremendously and man I definitely lost sight of what REAL great customer service looks like and wasn’t sure it existed anymore. I was taken care of from the time I walked in up until I was literally out of the door. Even then I was offered help with carrying something to the car. Yeah….I thought my location spot was O’Neal but I see they’ve gone down and this one has taken their place. First time in a long time that I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Omg thank you so much Andreika and Gee I really appreciate y’all! I will be back again❤️❤️❤️“

I have been a regular here for 4 years and the growth and dedication to customer service and food safety is remarkable. Huge shout out to the fantastic overnight crew. “We enjoyed having breakfast at the Airline Highway Waffle House. The atmosphere was good but not as orderly as it might have been. The food was very good we shared an Allstar breakfast which was great. The service was very good both friendly and attentive.“

“The Grits,Eggs, toast, sausage and so was the Bacon 🥓 after I sent it back and got some more, then she forgot about my Waffle 🧇 😋 but she fixed it. I took it home with my Bacon 🥓 because I was done eating everything else. People were very nice. Now thats bathroom could use some work 🤔 they look like they didn't clean that toilet, maybe wiped the seat off. The inside and outside was a hot mess. And it didn't smell all that great either, on a full stomach too. Now thats a big NO for me.“

“We went at a time of the day when basically no one was there,literally. It was me,my husband, the cook, & our waitress. Our waitress greeted us with a smile, and was very tentative to our needs during our visit. The cook, & waitress got us our food swiftly as well. The look, taste, temperature of our food was great. However, my grits tasted bland, even after adding pepper, & butter to them. However, overalls it was an enjoyable visit, and we're definitely likely to return to this location in the future.“
