“My husband and I were traveling from Houston to New Olreans to celebrate our 19th Anniversary. This was about our halfway point so we hopped off to grab some food. Mrs. Diane was our server and she was the most soft spoken, attentive, genuine server I have ever encountered in my entire life. She was just a pure blessing with a gentle demeanor and you just don't see that much anymore. I do want to point our that several other staff members also spoke, greeted us, and asked if we needed anything. Over all, the service alone was more than a 5 stars could do it justice. It was top notch. The food was fresh, hot, and made to order. Mrs. Diane thought of everything from jelly, to syrup, to butter, even offering dessert when we finished. She was just so pure that I had to do a review. Thank you Mrs. Diane and the rest of Waffle House staff as well.“
