Worst Wendy’s. Ordered online. A drink and a frosty. Got to the window, they didn’t have any Frostys so she offered me another large drink, I politely declined. I then sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting while she was on the phone with my drink right in front of me on the windowsill. Ordered on the app, waited 20 minutes at the drive thru, finally got told to pull up, then cursed out and threatened to jump me and refused to make my food. Currently waiting on the cops. Owners, whoever you have on right shift need to be terminated immediately.
Literally THE WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever eaten! Not a single item in our order was correct, 0 out of 4!! 😭 how do you mess up 4 items so badly that I feel compelled to write a negative review??
