Burger King in Harvey

“I really like Burgerking in my opinion is way better than McDonalds. I got my food to go but didn't use the drive through. Service was meh but it seems that they were short staffed and because of it the atmosphere wasn't that good as you have cranky customers waiting in line to get their orders taken since the drive through headphone person was also servicing the lobby guests. There was an employee taking her lunch break I guess but if they're going to take their break they should be in the back or something or else the customers are just going to leave a negative review because to us it seems like they're slaking and ignoring us. Other than that this Burgerking wasn't too bad, food was ready in less than 10 minutes.“

“I'm leaving a 5 star review because the only two ladies there working today were doing everything they could to process customers and were friendly about it. Y'all have got to get this location some help. How do you expect two people to run a lunch rush with drive thru and dining room open plus cooking the food, and I'm sure one of them had managerial duties as well?“
