“The burger king on Franklin and Claiborne in new orleans is the best and the only one we will go to. So friendly and fast. If all the burger kings were like this, they would never have to shut down . Other fast food places should have to come here for training.“

“There's a manager at the General DeGaulle location who is absolutely fantastic. I believe her name is Ms. Constance. She is running front counter and drive-thru today (8/25/23) with only two food line workers during lunch rush. Employees have been calling off and she kept the lobby open! She has been gentle and kind to her customers. Not one complaint from her was heard. With eight customers in the lobby and six cars in the drive-thru, Ms. Constance deserves a medal, a vacation, and a raise.Thank you Ms. Constance for reinstating my faith in valuable customer service. Each time I walk into this Burger King location and you are working, I know everything will go well!“
“I just had the best impossible whopper of my life and had to tell someone. This Burger King has sandwich artists, handcrafting a flame broiled sandwich of perfection. Sesame seed bun: soft and plump. Fresh never frozen patty: steamy and juicy. The toppings: perfect ratio; each pickle was hand placed in an even layer. My zesty sauce: in the bag and not forgotten. The employees at this location served this whopper of all whoppers with incredible customer service. I am filled with sadness knowing I will never have a whopper that good ever again.

“Crystal was Amazing!!! She was great with helping me navigate through the menu and ensure my food was hot, fast and FRESH! I came around 1 in the morning after working 12 hours with nothing else to eat I went to BK which I haven’t ate in years and WOW this made my night. I’ll be back as long as Crystal is there.“

“Extremely fast service and super friendly people. It was a great experience compared to other locations. My only complaint is that their drive through was down. So I had to park and go inside. But their parking lot is very small and there was a lot of vehicles parked there not in parking spots.“
“Great atmosphere the young lady on front counter was super sweet . Everyone greeted me when I entered. Lobby was super clean. Food was fresh and didn't take so long.
