“Great atmosphere the young lady on front counter was super sweet . Everyone greeted me when I entered. Lobby was super clean. Food was fresh and didn't take so long.

“The burger king on Franklin and Claiborne in new orleans is the best and the only one we will go to. So friendly and fast. If all the burger kings were like this, they would never have to shut down . Other fast food places should have to come here for training.“
“I pulled up at 11pm on a Saturday night and ordered 20 cheeseburgers and fries. They said no problem and had the order out to me very fast. I was impressed and the girl was very nice and polite. I really appreciate that. I couldn't get my van into the drive thru so they let me come inside to pay and then broght put my order when it was ready. Driving a really tall van means I can't pull into drive thru so I was expecting that to be a problem at 11pm but that was not the case. They seemed to understand my needs. I was feeding 15 people I brought from Eaton Rouge to a concert at Smoothie king center. Thanks burger king“
“There's a manager at the General DeGaulle location who is absolutely fantastic. I believe her name is Ms. Constance. She is running front counter and drive-thru today (8/25/23) with only two food line workers during lunch rush. Employees have been calling off and she kept the lobby open! She has been gentle and kind to her customers. Not one complaint from her was heard. With eight customers in the lobby and six cars in the drive-thru, Ms. Constance deserves a medal, a vacation, and a raise.Thank you Ms. Constance for reinstating my faith in valuable customer service. Each time I walk into this Burger King location and you are working, I know everything will go well!“

“My daughter and I were coming from Urgent Care yesterday. She was sick and wanted a hot, comforting breakfast. In the drive thru I politely asked if they could make her breakfast burrito “fresh and hot”. At that moment I was worried that I would get a snarky response but she was very polite. My daughter and I shared the mini burrito meal. It was hot, tasty and pretty filling for the both of us. We do not eat fast food often, but I would return to this BK on Carrollton.😊“
