“I love this Burger King, best one out of all I've been to. Only thing is I went yesterday and pulled up to the mic at the drive thru and was asked to come inside . Huh? Why? I'm on crutches. I was told , please come inside.Nope I left.Almost as bad as having to back up when you get to the window until your food is ready. LMAO?I don't complain about that though, the food makes up for it. But being asked to come inside was just weird and rude not to explain why.“
“I hadn't been to this Burger King location since June 2022 due to the service I received. However, today I decided to try their breakfast, sausage, egg and cheese combo. The lady that served me, I think her is name Precious, was extremely thoughtful and made sure my order was correct, my meal was excellent, no old grease tasted, it was done right! “I was impressed compared to my last experience here some five or six years ago. Food was served hot. Seem to regularly run low on fries and onion rings cause they want to serve them hot. Food was good like I remember from way back when. Service was friendly, patient and accommodating. I will eat again at this location. It was nice the homeless weren't camped inside eyeballing everyone walking in and taking turns asking for handouts.“

“Well, last time I went there a manager was cussing out an employee over her saying something to her kids and calling her homeless white trailer trash, ECT. This time it was a fairly pleasant experience. On average you run a 50/50 chance of experiencing a live re-enactment of a springer show. So be warned that it is not always a family friendly environment, but none the less annoying and yet entertaining.“
“I'm not a true fan of Burger King; however, around 11 p.m., I stopped at the location on Bullard. Immediately, I was greeted and was told they were only accepting cash. I responded by saying, "No, problem. " The cashier asked me for my order in the most polite way with that New Orleans feel. You know, "baby" at the end of a sentence. She gave a new meaning to customer service because she was articulate, direct, and polite. She told me exactly where to park and wait, and she brought my food to the car in a timely fashion (Oh, and the impossible whopper was good). Now that's what I'm talking about, baby!“
“There's a manager at the General DeGaulle location who is absolutely fantastic. I believe her name is Ms. Constance. She is running front counter and drive-thru today (8/25/23) with only two food line workers during lunch rush. Employees have been calling off and she kept the lobby open! She has been gentle and kind to her customers. Not one complaint from her was heard. With eight customers in the lobby and six cars in the drive-thru, Ms. Constance deserves a medal, a vacation, and a raise.Thank you Ms. Constance for reinstating my faith in valuable customer service. Each time I walk into this Burger King location and you are working, I know everything will go well!“
