I’m embarrassed to say I’ve tried to eat here three or four times in the last year, emphasis on tried. Each time, I’ve either placed an order at the drive through then sat for 5+ minutes for them to tell me they are out of some part of my order, or simply sat waiting for someone to take my order until I eventually decide to leave. Both times, you were out without substitutions, and this seems to be common from other feedback. This wasn't during busy hours or holidays. Why run out of the basics that I pay for?
