We have been here 2 times. The first time I did a take out order. The kiosk payment wasn’t working so I went to the counter to pay. The employee was rude. The food took forever. Not to mention all the little thugs hanging out being obnoxious in the dining room. 2nd time we went through drive thru for breakfast. Took me 20 minutes! There wasn’t even anyone in front of me. Probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.
Please have them double check orders before they go out. Everytime I order food here on doordash they always miss something and the items are always on the receipt but never in the bags
the customer service from the workers was horrible, I tried to use the bathroom and there wasn’t any toilet paper in the bathrooms, cashier kept telling me they don’t have any toilet paper in the back as well.. the only worker that gave me amazing customer service and still tended to the customers without a hassle was katina! tina is one of the best workers there and deserves a highlight on her work. she was basically working by herself.
