About Rally's

Rally's serves good food, but this location struggles with friendly employees and inventory issues, often running out of condiments. The automated ordering system has flaws, making it difficult for customers to change their orders after placing them. It does not repeat what was ordered, and it cannot inform customers if items are out of stock. Despite being understaffed, the few employees on duty try their best during rushes, with one employee standing out for his patience and attention to detail. He has been praised for providing fresh and hot food even during busy times, earning him recognition as an exemplary model for management. However, some customers have faced issues with incorrect orders and cold fries, leading to frustration and complaints about the service.
