Been here twice in 4 months. Both times items I ordered in the mobile app needed lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon. Both times, you were out without substitutions, and this seems to be common from other feedback. This wasn't during busy hours or holidays. Why run out of the basics that I pay for? Seems like a new orleans thing compared to other cities.

I’m embarrassed to say I’ve tried to eat here three or four times in the last year, emphasis on tried. Each time, I’ve either placed an order at the drive through then sat for 5+ minutes for them to tell me they are out of some part of my order, or simply sat waiting for someone to take my order until I eventually decide to leave. Fast food shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes, and I’m embarrassed to admit I ever waited even close to that long. This location needs an overhaul.

I regularly come to this location with no problems. . I always have a mobile app order. Got to the speaker waited 5 minutes before getting spoken to… pulled around waited another 15 minutes before deciding to drive away & go inside. When I got to the counter I said excuse me ?? I’ve been waiting here for 15 minutes. The lady got an attitude. She turned around & was muttering under her breath afterwards to her coworker. Not communicating with me about my order . . I was like you’re being rude. The guy beside her said damn. I asked for her name. She didn’t say anything. I said okay I’ll give a description of you. She said she didn’t care. My food was also cold. Shorter female purple & black braids working tonight. I won’t be back.
Bad burger prepared not to the order & dead on arrival. Ended up throwing it out when I returned to my hotel.

I can see why burger King location's are closing down. I made a mobile order at 2727 canal st. New Orleans and chose to pick up from the counter. I got there and the lobby was closed. I had to wait in the drive through which negated the whole point of ordering ahead through the app. I got to the speaker told the employee that I had a mobile order. That confused her. After a few minutes she said she could not find my order and to hold on. I waited for a minute or two and she came back on the speaker and asked if she could help me, as if she didn't tell me to hold on and I was a brand new customer. I got to the window and she looked at me as if I was bothering her. The hash browns were cold and I got no straw with my coffee so I guess I'll just go ahead and stir my cream and sugar in with my finger. This happened before at 512 City Park Avenue New Orleans, which that location is actually closed down now. I will not be back to this location or any Burger King for that matter. My suggestion is to close the one at 2727 Canal Street New Orleans down as well. I won't be back. Poor service, inaccurate items and or cold items that supposed to be hot. Absolutely no point in the store being open
