Sign on bathroom says you need to have a token and to see cashier for token. Ask for a token but then told in order to use the restroom, you have to purchase something (first), well ok. Fair enough. The after waiting in line to make the purchase to use the restroom, you don't get a token but have to wait some more until the cashier gets a stopping point to take a key, walk you to the bathroom, and then physically open the door.
