There's a manager at the General DeGaulle location who is absolutely fantastic. I believe her name is Ms. Constance. She is running front counter and drive-thru today (8/25/23) with only two food line workers during lunch rush. Employees have been calling off and she kept the lobby open! The crew working 8/5/23 day shift at 11 a.m is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! I've never had such a pleasant experience in a Burger King EVER. They were so kind and made everything fresh. Amazing job. The morning crew/lunch crew here needs a raise because they have raised the bar for me on what to expect in a Burger King establishment.

Higher pricing doesn't mean the food or service is any better. Dirty tables, microwaved burger and piss poor service is nothing unusual with fast food today.To get all these things though you need to pay a higher cost than last year.
