I picked up a large order with one of the dishes being the stuffed eggplant with Shrimp Lafayette sauce over pasta and the pasta was full of a white cream cheese-like substance. I called and was asked to return the pasta and upon returning, the kitchen manager came out and argued with me that it was clumps of wet bread crumbs from the fried eggplant.
