I get the mediterranean veggie sandwich with no cheese and add avocado with the Greek salad, no cheese and it's always so fresh and good. The staff is always nice and welcoming and the restaurant is super clean and uniform.

The food is good as long as they get your order right. I have had Panera multiple times but usually in New Orleans. I have always liked the food and the Mac and cheese is really good. This one on Manhattan those always have staff problems. I stopped going because the few times I went it was a mess as far as the staff getting the order right. I may try again though because the food is good.

Drive thru was slow but food ordered online was ready very quickly! so my food was ready but i sat in the drive thru for almost 10 min waiting to get it... still came fresh and hot! The steak sandwich is soooo yummy but be sure to add the 5 free toppings like arugula and greens and mayo and anything else! It makes a huge difference.
