I bought the 4 gal fryer. Small hiccup with the gas nozzle, but I drilled it out and it is insane! My food is crisp, cooked perfectly and we use it every week. The peanut oil went in the fryer in may, it’s October and still money. Once a year changes is perfect. This fryer is the best money you will ever spend, trust this old Midwest fryer dude.

I needed a replacement part for my boiler and they were extremely helpful in getting me when I needed. Shipping costs were fairly expensive but they called prior to shipping to make sure I was good with the price prior to charging me. Great experience!

I spent $1047.01 on a 40” smoking Cajun grill with a charcoal tray. It rusted out prior to owning/using it for 3 years. I was told they would replace it but it has been 2 years and still no replacement.
UPDATE: Mr Robert delivered a brand new replacement grill today. Very happy with the new grill. This time made of stainless steel so rust will never be a problem again. Thank you for coming through. True to his word, just took a while.
